Lowell broke into acting with the film Dangerously Close followed by a tiny role in the Robin Williams movie Club Paradise. The roles she played included co-starring with Bond girl Pam Bouvier, in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989) and as Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross, in 1996. Also, she appeared on Law & Order for two seasons. In 2005, she appeared in the same role as Jamie Ross on Law & Order: Trial by Jury. And again in 2022 on the original series. Six years ago, she was frustrated by her acting career and sought out New York University to study documentary filmmaking. [4] She was not acting until the mid-2000s. Lowell was able to lend her voice and a resemblance to Lowell as she portrayed her Licence to Kill character in 007 Legends. In 2018 on Blue Bloods as a guest.
