Samantha Mohr was born on September 13, 1961, in Columbus, Georgia. Virgo is her zodiac sign. Mohr is an American of white origin with an American nationality. She is not aware of her siblings or parents. Mohr has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Pathology as well as a minor of audiology, both from the University of Georgia. Mohr attended The University of St. Thomas situated within Houston Texas. Mohr received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Broadcast Meteorology, in 1989. She competed for Miss Columbus 1985 and won the crown, kissing the crown and defeating all of her opponents. In the wake of her win, Miss Georgia 1985 was entitled to enter her in that pageant. On June 22 she also was named the winner of the tournament. In September 1985, Mohr was a representative of Georgia at her participation at Miss America 1986 Pageant held in Atlantic City (New Jersey) following her win. She was not, however an official Top 10 finalist for the national title.
