Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st 1989) is an American actor. She portrayed Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) on Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in Roseanne's tenth series and The Conners, its spin-off. Kenney was born on the streets of New York City on 14 September 1999. Her parents are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense attorney, as well as Kevin Kenney, a sports writer, who previously wrote in the New York Post and now works for Fox Sports. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless co-star. She was born from Manhattan, Kenney, 19 is the sassy character Debbie on the acclaimed Showtime TV series Shameless.
